If ever there was a time to learn from someone else’s situation – this is it! Here’s a cat in considerable pain – a woman who cannot come up with $1,200 (who can?! come on!) so they are both between a rock and a hard place. If she had signed up for Pets Best insurance those extractions would have cost her only 20% of the bill, or $240 plus the $75 deductible per incident. PLEASE all read this and think of your pets and the everyday emergencies that put you in this horrible position – Pets Best pays 80% of every bill. What more do you need to know at today’s vet prices?! I told Kathy that many shelters have some sort of low-cost clinics on certain days or they may be able to suggest mobile vet vans that visit Petsmart or Petco. Meanwhile, is there anyone in the Mt. laurel New Jersey area with a suggestion on where she could go?
I am trying to find a reputable place to take my cat to get dental work. He has swollen gums that look sore and has rotten teeth that have to be removed. It is going to cost $1200 which I really cannot afford. I need to get this done. I love my cat and need some advice where I can take him to get help.
